When you take out a subscription for articles you must decide to purchase 1000 word lengths, 2000 word lengths, or both versions.
Here’s a few things to help you decide:
Condensed 1000 word versions:
If your readers are in a hurry and want the most important bullet points with limited explanations, then shorter articles will appeal to them.
In a PDF file, this version will print out as the front and back of two pages.
Longer versions, 2000 words:
If you feel your readers will want more information, some research details that back up the concepts, and have time to read through a longer article, then this is the version you’ll want.
In a PDF file, this version makes up a 4-page newsletter.
Why bother ordering both versions?
Having both lengths allows you to do a better job of cutting and pasting into blog posts and e-newsletters and still maintain coherence. A full length article of 2000 words can easily be re-purposed into 4 blog posts or 2 or 3 e-newsletters using the same topic. The condensed version will show you how we’ve edited it into shorter versions without losing important meaning.
Both versions are professionally written, reviewed, and edited by myself and my experienced editor.
